Go to the Orange member centre at http://www.orange.co.uk/membercentre and sign in with your Orange e-mail address (such as paul@doherty.fsnet.co.uk) and e-mail password.
Or try to go to https://membercentre.orange.co.uk/MCPres/reclaim/payg/ra
The sign-in page may look like this (and you may not see the next screen, below).
If you get a page like this, look for Restore Account or Retrieve Account.
If it's not there, go to the line at the top and change index to reclaim to give something like https://membercentre.orange.co.uk/MCPres/reclaim and press the Enter key on your keyboard.
Eventually you'll get here. Tick the box and press Continue.
When you get to this page, your account has already been retrieved. You do not need to do anything else. DO NOT CLICK THE INSTALL BUTTON.
The safest thing to do is just to sign out at this stage.
