PC and Internet Problems Solved

I'd like to thank everyone for all the messages of support I received after my stroke at the end of October. My vision was the only thing affected, and has now largeley return to normal. I'm most grateful for everyone's kind words and encouragement.

PCs and the Internet are not as easy to use as everyone tells you. Most users of home and small business computers spend a lot of time keeping their PCs working, often unsuccessfully. They are not experts (why would they be) and often don't know the easiest way to do things. This site aims to help.

If you want some hints and tips on solving your PC and Internet problems, I have a lot of pages here to help.

If you want me to visit and solve your PC problems for you, I can do that for a fixed price, often as low as £30. If I visit and find I can't help, I won't charge you. Some people want to learn and have their questions answered, some just want their PC fixed and don't want to know the details. Either is fine by me.

Some problems can be fixed by a "remote control" session – contact me to discuss.
